Due to recent flooding and road damage along Lightning Creek Road near Clark Fork, sections of our current gravel route may not be passable for the 2026 CHAFE 150. Rider safety and the overall ride experience are our top priorities, so we’re exploring backup gravel route options.
ㅤ
We’re asking the community to help us crowdsource potential gravel routes that could serve as an alternative. Ideal routes would offer two distance options, finish at Sandpoint City Beach, and include a strong percentage of gravel.
ㅤ
If a submitted route is selected, the first person to suggest it will receive free 2026 CHAFE 150 registrations for themselves and a friend. 🎉
